Laura: today i baked my first pie. except i used pre-made crust. and it was blueberry so didn't actually require very much baking. just stirring and pouring and refrigeration. thank god for blueberries! i have yet to taste it, but my taste-testing was pretty good :) So it's a week before school and i have to get my head together before school starts...buying books (sooo ridiculous), going to the spa (thanks babe!), and running errands. school starts next week and i'm hoping that this semester's classes are going to be good they shouldn't be too bad, obvi now i've jinxed myself. anyways it's sad that winter break is coming to a close and i haven't really done all the stuff that i was planning on doing..like snowboarding, skiing, everything else :) i'm glad to be getting back to some sort schedule though, i secretly kind of like having a schedule...keeps me sane.
